Elements Firefly Queen card

A common unit seen while playing games. This creature's extra ability is the main reason most people choose to play a queen. They summon up additional fireflies every turn, and can quickly create a swarm the enemy can't deal with if you have enough of them. Decks with these, mixed with either Empathic Bonds or creatures that can use the quantum they generate, are a popular set of cards. You'll see them often while playing the elements game in player versus player. Several of the level elementals, as well as a false god, also play stacks of firefly queens.

Useful in...

Fireflies are vulnerable to creature control, but once you've got a large swarm going on it's a different ballgame. You'll be able to spawn more a turn than most enemies will be able to take care of with several queens, and they'll do a cumulatively larger amount of damage. They also serve well in other decks where you'll need creatures as food. Vultures, bonewalls, graveyards, and otyughs all feed well off of a Firefly Queen and have great synergy... for both you and the opposing player.
